Welcome Ahmed

New Business Developer

Ahmed Elmahdi  joins FOCUS as our new Business Development Manager. He has worked for international non-profits and has worked in Africa and the Middle East.

Background
Ahmed is an experienced Business Development and Program Manager with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, forging strategic partnerships, and managing diverse projects. He is skilled in responding to federal requests for proposal, developing business development strategies, and executing marketing campaigns to expand market reach. Ahmed is adept at generating demand and cultivating relationships with prospective clients.

He is proficient in Salesforce and Salesloft for efficient sales pipeline management. As well as have a strong background in research, program coordination, and proposal writing for funding programs. With his demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and maintain networks across international organizations we look forward to his bringing that passion and success to the FOCUS team.

Education
Ahmed holds a Master of Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Political Science from Ohio University.
